SpotOn Staff Login Help

Use this guide if a staff member can't log into the SpotOn station, or if a manager needs help accessing the SpotOn website (Dashboard).

1 Try the PIN again — slowly
The touchscreen can miss fast taps. Have the employee try entering their PIN one number at a time, pressing firmly. If they've forgotten their PIN, a manager will need to reset it — submit a ticket or call (716) 259-2080 and we'll walk a manager through it.
2 Check if the station is online
If the station shows an "Offline Mode" banner, it may not recognize staff logins until internet is restored. See the SpotOn Station Not Working guide to fix the connection first, then try logging in again after 2–3 minutes.
3 Manager can't log in to the SpotOn website?
Go to dashboard.spoton.com and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address tied to the account and check your inbox (including spam) for a reset link. If no email arrives or the manager was never set up with Dashboard access, submit a ticket or call (716) 259-2080.
If this works: Manager resets password and logs in successfully.
4 Need to add a new employee or change permissions?
Adding staff, resetting PINs, and changing what employees can do in SpotOn all require back-office access. Submit a ticket and we'll handle it — usually takes less than 5 minutes once we're on it.
